Initially, we will like to have a chat on the phone giving as much detail as possible about your requirements, your situation, and your experience with dogs. This helps us get to know you and which puppy will be suitable for you (allergies etc because of all the different coat types of cockapoos) although with that in mind we will also ask what puppy you are interested in. Also able to discuss potential planned litters if you aren't quite ready just yet.
Once you have asked us any questions you might have and are happy to select us as your chosen breeder, we will ask for a £350 deposit on a puppy if we think you are a suitable 5-star home. It will then be organised for you to come and visit and choose your puppy in person rather than over a photograph. The pick will go in order of the dates that the deposits are received. The deposit is to confirm commitment. If you visit and find you don't think one of our puppies is suitable for your requirements, we will be able to refund it. The deposit will NOT be refundable for a change of mind or finding a different puppy from a different breeder. The payment of a deposit shows a firm and lasting commitment and forms a partnership between yourselves and us, and it will be deducted from the puppy's final price at collection.
I am not a commercial breeder - we do not have 100s of puppies available all year round and I will unfortunately have to disappoint people. We choose owners who we believe will give our puppies fantastic lives and families who care, who will nurture our puppies, never give up on them, cherish them and will continue to help them thrive once they leave our family home helping mould them into even more amazing dogs. This is not our main job, we do not rely on it as an income, it is a passion. We raise our puppies (and our two dogs) inside, we do not believe in kennels or confining your dogs to nothing more than a glorified zoo. We raise healthy, well socialised and well-rounded cockapoos from extensively health tested parents. Our aim is to give our puppies the very best start in life possible. We are here to support you through your journey of owning a dog (we've all been first time owners once!), not just while we have them. We feel confident in knowing we have done all we can and more for our puppies while they are with us. We are committed to giving outstanding after care for all our puppies and their owners - we will always be at the end of the phone should owners need it and would love nothing more to stay in contact - no question is ever too silly!
The cost of one of our puppies is £1500 (including Deposit).
It is very important to us that our prospective puppy owners understand the reasons behind our pricing, and that you don't just think we are greedy! We charge one price for all variations of colour puppy and regardless of them being male and female. I do not believe in charging different prices for different coat colours and sex. All our puppies are equal, and ‘breeders’ should not be profiting off a puppy just because of its coat colour or sex. We have a a very high standard of facilities and care and we are extremely proud of our puppies and how we look after them. We spend hours socialising the puppies, doing absolutely everything we can think of to prepare them for their life to come. Even down to all the noises they may experience, using a desensitising program in the hope that our pups will not fear loud bangs and fireworks, which can cause awful distress to some dogs. Our dogs are kept for life and in our family home not outside in kennels - dogs should be kept inside as your companions at all times. I do not support the raising of puppies in cages or pens outside and believe that raising your pups at home is the best method to create a loving companion. We don't cut any corners, and should you have any questions on pricing we will be happy to answer them.
Due to the number of immoral scams going on with puppies, anybody wishing to have a puppy from us will be required to sign a NO-RESALE contract. I would also like to add due to recent times and lockdown there are some disgusting people out there and puppy farms waiting to take advantage of you.
